Welcome to the Wrong to Strong two Minute Devotional. Each week we're blessed to have a new guest share a powerful scripture and a word of encouragement to ignite your spirit and feel your journey of faith. Let these messages inspire and strengthen you as you grow closer to God, stay strong, keep the faith, and let's grow together. We're on a mission from God, from darkness to light and from wrong to strong. Good morning everyone. Sean over here at, uh, wrong and Strong Colorado. Wanted to share this two minute devotional this morning with you guys. Uh, I was just reminded as we were going through this 4th of July weekend and we were celebrating our independence and our freedom as a country. Uh, I just pray that we were truly reflecting. And reminding of the true freedom that we have that is founded only in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. And so I know many of us are going through many different struggles and many different circumstances and situations and trials in this season that we're going through. And so the verses that God put on my heart. Are just a reminder, right? They're a reminder to know that God is still good and he's still present and he's still available no matter what it is that we are going through. So the verses I'm sharing with you this morning are outta Psalm 77. Now I encourage you to go read this entire Psalm that, so that you can get context behind what the Psalm is talking about. Specifically what I wanted to highlight with the verses out of uh, verses Psalm 77, 11 and 12, it says, I will remember the works of the Lord. Surely I will remember your wonders of old. I will also meditate on all your work and talk of your good deeds. So, as I was saying, I know many of us are struggling and we're dealing with many different circumstances in our life, right, right now. But this psalm particularly is just a reminder for those of us to reflect and to remind ourselves of all the amazing works that God has done in our life. Uh, all of the consistently throughout the Old Testament, we see God delivering his people out of the land of Egypt and out of the enemy's hands consistently over. And. Over and over. We get to see God's mercy in the ancient Israelites lives, but we also get to apply that to our own lives. So myself, as I sit and I think about all of these things that I'm dealing with, and I'm contemplating how I'm supposed to handle these situations. The one thing that God keeps reminding me to do is to reflect and to remember all of the amazing things that, and the miracles that he's done in my own personal life. And anytime I get discouraged or I think that things aren't gonna work out the way that they're supposed to, I'm reminded of all of the mountains that God has moved in my life. And it gives me hope, it gives me comfort, and it gives me peace to know that God has peace. Absolutely everything in control. No matter what we think, no matter what we're going through, God is with you. He is guiding you, and he will give you the strength to deal with whatever it is that you're going through. So just remember, remind yourself, meditate on all the amazing miracles that God has done for you in your life, and I promise you he'll give it the strength to endure whatever it is. That you're going through in your life today. God bless you guys. We love you as we go into this year. I pray that you guys are filled with hope and you are filled with the comfort and you are filled with the spirit of God'cause it's only the spirit of God that can help see us through these situations. Love you, God bless. Take care.
