Welcome to the Wrong to Strong two Minute Devotional. Each week we're blessed to have a new guest share a powerful scripture and a word of encouragement to ignite your spirit and feel your journey of faith. Let these messages inspire and strengthen you as you grow closer to God, and embrace the transformation he has for you. Stay strong, keep the faith, and let's grow together. We're on a mission from God, from darkness to light and from wrong to strong. I am Jimmy so, and welcome to Wrong to Strong two Minute Devotional. Uh, today I'm gonna be reading from, uh, mark 1125, talks about forgiveness. Says, whenever you stand praying, forgive if you have anything against anyone, so that your father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions. But if you do not forgive, neither will your father who is in heaven. Forgive your transgressions. So it talks about forgiveness and it says, um, you know, it, it's a command from God for us to forgive. We have to remember when we forgive, it's not for the other person. It's for a healing of our, of our heart. We don't forgive to get an apology, uh, from whatever the situation may have been. Also, gotta remember that forgiveness isn't a one time thing. We need to live our life in just a. State of forgiveness. We can't hold any bit of, of unforgiveness in a, in a, in the corner of our heart. We, we can't. We have to release it. We have to release it from God that we have Forgive order, forgive I in prayer, father God, we for any unforgiveness in our hearts, we thank you your forgiveness. Father God, we choose to release that person or, or anything, any circumstance from whatever was said or done that might have, uh, caused unforgiveness. Father God, heal our hearts. Turn our wounds into scars and our scars into a testimony for you in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen. I'm Jimmy and I.
