Week #10 - Wrong 2 Strong "2 Minute Devotional" w/ Julio Mercado
Welcome back to another episode of the "Wrong To Strong" 2-Minute Devotionals. This week Julio Mercado discusses Matthew 21:42, where Jesus refers to Psalms 118:22-23, emphasizing that Jesus, although rejected by the Pharisees, becomes the cornerstone of God's kingdom. Julio highlights that Peter in Acts 4:11-12 reiterates this message, affirming Jesus as the only source of salvation. The devotional underlines the consistency and divine words of the Bible, and ends with an encouragement to seek to become vessels of God.

Welcome to the wrong too strong, two minute devotional each week. We're blessed to have a new guest share a powerful scripture and a word of encouragement to ignite your spirit and fuel your journey of faith. Let these messages inspire and strengthen you as you grow closer to God and embrace the transformation he has for you. Stay strong, keep the faith and let's grow together. We're on a mission from God from darkness to light. And from Wrong To Strong. Hi, my name is Julio Mercado and welcome to the Ronk's Strong 2 Minute Devotional. Today I'm going to be sharing with you Matthew, chapter 21, verse 42, and the scripture reads, Then Jesus asked them, Didn't you ever read this in the scriptures? The stone that the builders rejected has now become the cornerstone. This is the Lord's doing, and it is wonderful to see. Here Jesus is quoting Psalms 118, 22, and 23. What Jesus is saying here is that even though the Jews and the Pharisees were rejecting Jesus and his teachings, He would still become the chief cornerstone of God's kingdom. In Acts chapter 4 verse 11-12, Peter also says, for Jesus is the one referred to in the scriptures where it says, the stone that you builders rejected has now become the cornerstone. There is salvation in no one else. God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. Hearing Jesus himself quoting scriptures from the Old Testament throughout the Gospels, we should be able to know that we can trust the words of the Bible. Although the Bible is 66 books, they all have the same author, and that is Yahweh. Man didn't write these books any more than a pen ever wrote a letter. These books were all written by vessels of God. I pray that we would all seek to become vessels of God. Thank you for joining us. My name is Julio Mercado and I am wrong to strong.
